Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menguji pengaruh hubungan antara corporate image dan customer perceived value terhadapcustomer loyalty melalui customer satisfaction pada pengguna jasa Garuda Indonesia Airways di Surabaya. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah orang-orang di Surabaya di mana pengguna jasa penerbangan Garuda Indonesia Airways dan terdiri dari 150 responden. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang dijalankan dengan perangkat lunak LISREL untuk analisis data. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa berpengaruh positif hubungan antara corporate image dan customer perceived value terhadapcustomer loyalty melalui customer satisfaction pada pengguna jasa Garuda Indonesia Airwaysdi Surabaya.
