Abstract
Pabrik pakan ikan direncanakan didirikan di Banyuwangi, Jawa Timur, dengan kapasitas produksi 83000 ton/tahun yang beroperasi secara kontinu 24 jam/hari dan 300 hari /tahun. Bahan baku yang digunakan dalam proses ini adalah: tepung ikan, bungkil kedelai, bungkil kelapa, dedak padi, tepung terigu, vitamin, mineral dengan tahapan proses sebagai berikut: tahap pengisian bahan baku, tahap pembersihan, tahap grinding dan mixing, tahap pressing dan heating, dan tahap finishing. Untuk utilitas, kebutuhan air sebesar 648192 m3/hari, kebutuhan listrik sebesar 840 kWh, kebutuhan minyak diesel sebesar 21162,9 liter/minggu. Jumlah karyawan: 199 orang Perhitungan ekonomi dengan cara linear diperoleh : Modal tetap (FCl): Rp 22.383.306,700, Investasi total (TCl): Rp 27.979.133,300, Modal kerja (WCl): Rp 5.595.826.675, Biaya produksi (TPC): Rp 175.239.718.000, Hasil penjualan/tahun: Rp 315.400.000.000, Waktu pengembalian modal sebelum pajak: 2 tahun 2 bulan. Waktu pengembalian modal setelah pajak: 3 tahun 3 bulan, Titik impas (BEP): 22,59% Perhitungan ekonomi dengan cara discounted cash flow: Investasi total: 29.657.881.200, Waktu pengembalian modal sebelum pajak: 1 tahun 2 bulan, Waktu pengembalian modal sesudah pajak: 1 tahun 6 bulan, Titik impas (BEP): 33.95%
