Abstract
Pengujian stabilitas kimia suatu sediaan perlu di lakukan, Garena sedidaan diharabkan dapat memberikan e f e k terapeurik yang optimal. Pada penelitian ini digunakan sediaan ketokonazol dalam krim vanising nonionik pada pH yang mengandung berbagai macam kombinasi antioksidan askorbi! Palmitat dan ci-tokofero!, yaitu Formula I : sedianan tanpa antioksidan, Formula 11 : sediaan dengan antioksidan askorbil plamitat 012% dan ci-tokoferol 0,055, Formu!a 111 : s e d i a an dengan antioksidan askorbil palmitat 0,15% dan ~okofsrol 0,1% , Fornula IV : sediaan dengsn antioksidac sskorbi! palmitac 0,1757 dana -tokofero! 0,75%. Urutan harga tetapan laju peruraian k terkecildsn "shelf-life" ( t 90% ) jyang besar adalah formula IIformula 1V:'. formula 111 dan formula I. Dengan demikian diketahui bahwa sediaan ketokonazol dalam krim vanising nonionik dan a-tokoferol yang mempunyaitetapan llaju peruraian ( k ) terkecii adalah formulaII.
