Abstract
UD. Bugar merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang minuman yang berdiri dengan berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Dirjen Aneka Industri Departemen Perindustrian No 1146/12.22/SIUP-K/V/2005. UD. Bugar berdiri pada tahun 2008 yang terletak di Jalan Teuku Umar no 23-25, Kabupaten Bangkalan, Madura dengan luas area 225 m2. Produk yang dihasilkan oleh UD. Bugar adalah air minum dalam kemasan galon 19 liter dengan merek dagang “Bugar”. Struktur organisasi yang dijalankan di UD. Bugar adalah struktur organisasi garis. Sumber air yang digunakan oleh UD. Bugar berasal dari sumur yang berada di area parik dengan kedalaman sumur 16 meter di bawah permukaan tanah, yang termasuk tipe sumur dalam. Tahapan proses pengolahan yang dilakukan terdiri dari tahap pengadaan bahan baku, proses penyaringan, desinfeksi, filling, capping, dan penggudangan. Tata letak pabrik yang digunakan di UD. Bugar adalah tata letak produk. Proses sanitasi yang dilakukan oleh UD. Bugar meliputi sanitasi bahan baku, bahan pembantu, peralatan, pekerja, ruang produksi, dan gudang penyimpanan. Pengawasan mutu yang dilakukan di UD. Bugar adalah pengawasan mutu bahan baku dan bahan pembantu, proses produksi, dan produk akhir. Limbah yang dihasilkan oleh UD. Bugar berupa limbah padat dan cair.
