Abstract

UD SARINDOFOOD merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam pembuatan snack dan cookies dengan varian rasa dan bentuk yang unik. Perusahaan snack dan cookies ini memiliki kapasitas produksi sebesar 144.000 pack/hari snack dan 84.000 pack/hari cookies dengan total karyawan 40 orang. Snack yang diproduksi mempunyai 4 jenis produk yaitu campur sari, lumba-lumba, stik, dan bintang dengan merk “Sarindo”, sementara cookies mempunyai 1 jenis dengan merk “Kukisku”, UD SARINDOFOOD mulai bergerak dalam perindustrian Indonesia sejak awal 2013 namun produknya sudah dapat dipasarkan hingga Jawa, Sumatera, Sulawesi, Nusa Tenggara dan Kalimantan dengan varian rasa untuk produknya yang unik seperti rasa soto, cumi, nangka, dan lain-lain. Keberhasilan UD SARINDOFOOD dalam mempertahankan eksistensinya di perindustrian Indonesia mendorong kami melakukan Praktek Kerja Industri Pengolahan Pangan (PKIPP) di UD SARINDOFOOD Sidoarjo.
