Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktorfaktor yang mempengaruhi Loyalitas konsumen pada Handphone Blackberry di Surabaya. Variable yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Perceived Price, Perceived Quality, Customer Satisfaction dan Customer Loyalty. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan non-probability sampling sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini sebesar 200 respoden. Karakteristik sampel yaitu masyarakat yang pernah menggunakan Handphone Blackberry. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived price berpengaruh positif terhadap customer satisfaction, pengaruh perceived price terhadap perceived quality adalah positif, pengaruh perceived quality terhadap customer satisfaction adalah positif. perceived quality berpengaruh positif terhadap customer loyalty, customer Satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap customer loyalty. Perceived price berpengaruh positif terhadap customer satisfaction melalui perceived quality, Perceived price berpengaruh positif terhadap customer loyalty melalui customer satisfaction, Perceived price berpengaruh positif terhadap customer loyalty melalui perceived quality.
